How do I create a customer account on RIVITECH?

You just need to visit khachhang.rivi.com.vn and sign up using your email or Google account.

Yes. You can provide your business information during the payment process to receive a VAT invoice.

You can top up via international cards (Visa/Master), local QR code (ATM), e-wallets, or bank transfer.

Warranty & Refund Questions

What is the warranty policy?

RIVITECH provides a 30-day warranty for reviews starting from the date they are published. If a review is removed, the system will automatically replace it. Customers can also manually request a warranty for specific reviews through the platform.

Yes. The refunded amount will be credited to your wallet on the system for future orders. Refunds to personal bank accounts are not supported.

What is RIVIBOT and what are its benefits?

RIVIBOT is RIVITECH’s intelligent distribution system that automatically assigns review tasks to partners based on their account level and geographic location. The system prioritizes partners near your business location to ensure authenticity. If local partners are insufficient, RIVIBOT automatically expands the search radius. This makes reviews safer and reduces the risk of being removed by Google.

After logging in, select “Create New Project” and fill in your business details, description, and the desired number of reviews.

You can regenerate content unlimited times until you are satisfied, as long as the project has not been paid for.
