PAYMENT POLICY

1. Available Payment Methods

Customers can top up their RIVITECH Wallet through the following options:

  • International credit card (Visa/Master) via third-party payment gateway.
  • QR code scan with domestic ATM card or banking app (applicable in Vietnam).
  • Direct bank transfer using account details provided in the system.
  • QR code scan via popular e-wallets in the Vietnam market.

2. Payment Principles

  • Customers must deposit an amount equal to the project value in order to complete payment and activate the service.
  • All deposited funds will be converted into service credits within the RIVITECH system.
  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their own payment information.

3. Payment Completion

  • Once the customer confirms the project and the payment is successful, the review content will be finalized and the system will begin distribution.
  • Content cannot be edited after this stage.

 

REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Principles

  • RIVITECH only refunds to the customer’s internal wallet for continued use of other services.
  • Refunds to personal or organizational bank accounts are not supported under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Service cannot be deployed due to system errors from RIVITECH.
  • The project is permanently suspended before deployment.
  • Other exceptional cases as determined by the RIVITECH administrator.

3. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days from the date of receipt.
  • The entire refund process will be recorded and displayed in the wallet management system.

4. Disclaimer

  • RIVITECH is not responsible if customers enter incorrect information when depositing or making payments via third-party providers.
  • RIVITECH does not intervene in, or control, the content, management rights, or structure of the customer’s Google Business page.
  • RIVITECH is not responsible if reviews are removed by Google due to algorithm updates or activities beyond our control.
