Warranty policy
1. Warranty Period
RIVITECH guarantees reviews within 30 days from the time they are displayed on Google Business. This period may vary depending on specific implementation stages and will be publicly announced on the system.
2. Eligible Warranty Cases
RIVITECH will provide warranty support in the following cases:
- The review was posted correctly but removed by Google during the warranty period.
- The review link is broken or inaccessible after completion.
- Customers may proactively submit warranty requests through the system.
3. Warranty Method
The system will automatically replace the removed review with a new one (distributed according to the same process).
Customers will not incur any additional cost for the replacement review.
4. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- The review was removed because the customer manually reported it after publication.
- The Google Business location was deleted, hidden, or transferred.
- The review was removed for violating Google’s policies, unrelated to the distribution system.
- The customer requests content changes after payment and distribution.
